HOW DO I PUT ON MY EVE CUP?
Before using for the first time, we recommend sterilizing it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or using a special sterilizing solution. Always insert it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Choose the position that feels most comfortable for you and, to make insertion easier, moisten it with water or use a water-based lubricant. Follow these steps: squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half vertically, insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it secured in the vaginal cavity.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY EVE CUP?
With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to close the cup at the entrance to your vagina. Using a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom, releasing the pressure until you can remove it and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and mild soap and store it in the included bag.
HOW TO USE MY EVE CUP?
Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours maximum. The rim of the Eve Cup can be trimmed to fit the length. Allows for prolonged use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
