HOW DO I PUT ON MY EVE CUP?
When using for the first time, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or using a suitable sterilization solution. Always insert the cup with clean hands. We recommend inserting it while sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and, to make insertion easier, wet it with water or use a water-based lubricant, following these steps: squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half along the length, insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it firmly in the vaginal cavity.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY EVE CUP?
With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup at the entrance of the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom, releasing the pressure until it is removed and pour the contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and mild soap and store it in the included bag.
HOW TO USE MY EVE CUP?
Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours maximum. The Eve cup handle can be trimmed to suit your desired length. Allows for prolonged use of up to 12 hours without needing to empty.
